How do I choose the correct racket grip size?
To find your ideal size, measure the distance from the middle line of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size as you can always increase it with an overgrip.
Do you offer professional stringing services for new rackets?
Yes, we offer a custom stringing service. You can select your preferred string type and tension on the product page before adding the racket to your cart. Our professional stringers will prepare it to your exact specifications.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that tennis shoes must be tested indoors and show no signs of court wear or clay stains to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for tennis equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a racket after using it for a practice session?
To qualify for a return, rackets must be in brand-new condition with the plastic wrap still on the handle and no signs of use on the frame or grommets. We cannot accept returns for rackets that have been played with.
